There is a particular quality to morning air at Magic Island — open lawn, ocean breeze, a world still easing into motion. Tai Chi meets that quiet directly, using slow, continuous movement to draw the body out of stillness gently, rather than jolting it awake.

Held every Wednesday and Friday, 8–9:30 AM, and open to all levels, each class is taught by May, who brings her own dedication to the practice alongside her husband, Wang Guolong — building strength, balance, and focus through form. No prior experience required, and you’re welcome to join any week.
